Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LAVNDR120 is a consumer-index platform covering 120 businesses and brands. Subscribers follow the index and members join its paths. It is run by the platform owner (Oms). For any question about your data, see "Contact" below.

2. Data we collect

• Google account: when you sign in, we receive only your email address and name from Google, to verify your identity. We do not receive your password and cannot access your mail or files.
• Subscription and membership data: the package you choose, your country or region where needed, subscription status and dates, and the bank-transfer number or reference you enter to confirm payment.
• Forms and agreements: what you write and sign yourself in funding, franchise and business-agreement forms (name, ID or registration number if you enter one, phone, signature).
• Business data: for participating businesses: business name, the link to the orders sheet, and aggregated order counts used for the index.
• Device token for notifications: a technical token from Firebase that lets us send phone notifications to your device.
• Limited technical data: operation logs (request time, action type) to protect the platform from abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it

• To sign you in, protect your account and show what suits your role (visitor, subscriber, member, business owner).
• To process subscriptions, review payments and activate memberships.
• To send notifications that concern you: subscription approval, approaching expiry, index updates, and for administrators, order alerts.
• To calculate the index, run the platform and improve its services.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who processes data on our behalf

Data is stored and processed through trusted services we use to run the platform:

• Google (sign-in, Google Sheets and Apps Script for storing records).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging for phone notifications.
• Cloudflare as a secure intermediary between the app and the server.
• GitHub Pages for hosting the website pages and the app file.

We may disclose limited data if a competent legal authority requires it.

5. Storage on your device

The website and app keep your sign-in session and a copy of pages and data on your device so browsing works offline. The session is cleared when you log out, and you can clear stored data from your browser or app settings.

6. Retention

We keep subscription, payment and agreement records for the length of your membership and afterwards as needed for financial review and legal obligations. Device-token data is deleted when it becomes invalid or at your request.

7. Your rights and data deletion

You may request access to your data, correction, or deletion of your account and data. Send the request from your registered email via WhatsApp or the contact below. We will carry it out after verifying your identity, within a reasonable time, except for financial records we are legally required to keep.

8. Security

Connections use HTTPS, sign-in identity is verified through Google, and administration panels are limited to authorised accounts. Even so, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. Age

The platform is intended for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
